We especially enjoyed the beautiful hotel with its unique rooms and lights. The value for money was excellent, and the secure parking as well as the extremely friendly and attentive staff were a big plus. We were personally shown to our room, and our luggage was carried from the car into the house – something we’ve never experienced anywhere else. The „Capitano Collection“ where this hotel belongs to was also explained to us in detail using a map. The breakfast was overwhelming, with a wide variety of delicious Toscan and other options.

The stay here was a great pleasure. The Queen room made an exceptional experience, providing bathtube inside and a little private pool (for 4 is enough) outside on a beautiful, big terrace. All members of the staff were kind and we felt cared for the whole stay. The breakfast was pleasant and varied in al Vecchio Forno trattoria, which is 5-minute walk away.

The staff from the people at the reception, serving the breakfast , or helping you to park the car, all were exceptionally attentive, respectful and they were always smiling. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was good.

Clean, beautifully decorated, quiet in good location and very comfortable. Breakfast is offsite in a trattoria owned by same group but very generous portions and made to order - much better than the usual buffet breakfasts. Free public parking nearby. Great value for what you get!

The hotel is AMAZING! The staff is welcome and loving, we had such a wonderful experience in our night there while we were traveling through Tuscany. The hotel is extremely beautiful, we received a complimentary upgrade just 'cause we had asked for a ground room floor. The breakfast is by far the best one we've had in our ten day trip, the town is charming, and we also had a great time enjoying our complimentary wine in the hotel garden. Would definitely go back! They pay attention to every little detail. Sad to leave! Thank you so much!

Our flight was delayed and we arrived 2,5 (!) hours after the official check-in time. I have been in touch several times with the staff regarding this topic and they have been really understanding and supportive. And they waited until close to midnight in order for us to still be able to access our rooms. Also, the standard of both the rooms as well as the publicly accessible spaces is really upscale and of much better quality than anticipated.

Nice balcony, extremely clean room, nicely organized furniture. Staff was very helpful for the hotel's parking. Some drink was provided for free at the lobby (though I'd like more variety for tea)

The staff were super friendly and even upgraded us as we had a very last minute booking due to another hotel being too unhygienic to stay in. The hotel was the cleanest I've stayed in and was amazing

We were upgrated to a beautiful room with a lounge area. The hotel itself is spread out around the city,in three different sites. We were a bit surprised at first, but it gave us a chance to walk around the city. The building where we were was fabulously decorated. The breakfast was fantastic.

A perfect place in every way. There is an amazing breakfast. Parking is paid. It should be noted that the staff is lovely. The room is incredibly clean and nothing is missing.
